I’m a doer and thinker with over a decade of experience building and improving digital products - always thriving at the intersection of design, technology, and business.
Most recently, I led Digital Product Design at Displate, a $130M+ global marketplace for collectibles, where I focused on product strategy, design leadership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. I worked closely with the C-suite and product leadership to shape the company’s long-term vision, drive growth, and build a high-performing team of designers and researchers.
Before that, I was the co-founder and CEO of a product design agency based in Warsaw, Poland, where I partnered with clients across industries and company stages - from early startups to global enterprises. Earlier in my career, I worked as a designer at one of Poland’s leading product design agencies as a UX & UI designer. And before that, I optimized one of the biggest e-commerce platforms in Poland, also as a UX & UI designer.
My experience spans startups and global enterprises across industries like e-commerce, blockchain, AI/ML, finance, and banking. This range has shaped how I approach product design - with curiosity, adaptability, and a deep respect for both user needs and business goals.
What I believe is especially valuable is the combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, paired with the ability to bridge disciplines: connecting product, design, engineering, and business. I love prototyping, testing ideas early, and using research and storytelling to align people around a shared direction. Just as much, I enjoy stepping back to define design principles, shape team processes, and create the space where great work can happen.
